KELLCRIM is an innovation consulting firm that uses financial, digital innovation and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) strategies to improve the resilience of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). The company aims to transform "local" MSEs by providing services such as managing customer inquiries, e-commerce platforms, and B2C logistics.

KELLCRIM focuses on emerging markets where MSEs often lack access to financial and government support. They work with governments, donors, and inclusive tech innovators to create solutions to the challenges MSEs face. The goal is to help MSEs leverage digital commerce, payments, fintech, and insurance innovations to access necessary tools and build resilience

KELLCRIM has assembled a skilled team with extensive experience in finance, consulting, and technology, for the purposes of this project:
Meshack Kamau
Team Leader: Finance and Operations
Meshack Kamau is a highly qualified finance professional with over 17 years of experience in providing financial analysis, strategic planning, and project management services. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA) and holds a Certified Internal Auditor U.S.A. Level 1 (CIA) certification.
Meshack's experience includes:
• Conducting in-depth cost-benefit analyses and developing comprehensive financial reports to guide client investment decisions.
• Leading financial training sessions for clients.
• Providing strategic guidance on budgeting, cash management, and financial reporting during his time as Financial Controller at Bolloré Africa Logistics - Kenya Group.
Meshack is best suited to lead this project, as evidenced by his extensive experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and economic viability assessments. His expertise aligns perfectly with the Economic and Financial Analysis requirements of this project.
Sydney Ondari
Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
Sydney Ondari is a seasoned Governance, Risk, and Compliance consultant with 18 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, UK).
Sydney's expertise includes:
• Enhancing Corporate Governance practices in both private and public sector institutions.
• Implementing, reviewing, and enhancing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Frameworks and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Frameworks.
• Supporting Internal Audit organisations in developing their strategies and risk-based audit plans.
His experience is extensive, having undertaken significant assignments in Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management across various sectors.
Samuel Gitome
Team Lead: Economics and Business Financing
Samuel Kuria Gitome is a seasoned business and finance professional with over 20 years of experience. He holds an MBA in Finance and is a finalist for a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship. His experience includes leading teams in developing strategic plans for national-level initiatives, reorganizing firms, and developing turnaround strategies for various companies.
Samuel’s expertise includes:
• Lead Consultant for PwC, developing strategic plans for the Safaricom Mpesa Foundation Academy (2018-2022) and National Assets and Liabilities Management department for The National Treasury Kenya (2019-2023).
• Developing turnaround strategies for Kwacha Capital and the Rwanda Association of Insurance.
• Leading teams to develop strategic plans for Nyandarua Institute of Science and Technology, Premier ECDE Teachers College Rwanda, and International Leadership University.
Samuel is very capable of handling the complexities of large-scale projects.
